Returns and Exchanges

At SmoothnCool we have a two week return policy.  If fourteen days have gone by since you received your purchase, a refund cannot be offered. Sale items, customized products and gift products do not form part of the return policy and are unable to be returned.

Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been used. Items used only once and thoroughly cleaned after will still not be accepted due to hygiene issues. Returned items must include all components and include original packing materials where possible.

It is required  that insurance and tracking be purchased when shipping packages back to us, as we make no guarantees that products will be received. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees will be non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

If the following conditions are met please email support@smoothncool.com.au. Include your order number in the subject line, and make sure to include your full name and the products you wish to return.

Incorrect or damaged items

In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact SmoothnCool via email within 48 hours. Photos of packaging, materials and damaged items, along with an explanation must accompany the email sent to us. Once we have received your email, if an error was made by us, we will make reparations.

Please send all emails to support@smoothncool.com.au. Include  your order number in the subject line, and include your full name and a  description of the issue.

Please note we may require you to ship the damaged product back to us before a refund can occur. If an error was made by us we will bear all shipping costs.

If you have accidentally damaged or broken your item, send us an email, and we will try our best to do something for you :)
