Yes, we understand your need for privacy and discretion. All items bought from our store will come in plain cardboard boxes, with no information on the outside making reference to the items you have bought.

While we do not always require a signature, SmoothnCool reserves the right to add a requirement for a signature upon delivery for any orders made through our website. Typically larger orders will have a greater chance of requiring a signature. We are committed to ensuring all orders are legitimate, and signatures are one of the many steps we take to prevent fraudulent and underage orders.

We deliver to all locations throughout Australia. We currently do not ship overseas.

All parcels are shipped within one business day after receipt of payment and leave our warehouse in Sydney. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, especially for rural areas
